Summer is coming and the Edwards family can’t wait for their trip. Alexandra and her big brother Samuel are beyond excited because they are going somewhere that they haven’t been before. Yikes! Activity

These speech, language, and literacy activities are recommended for use with preschool-aged children through fifth grade students after reading Yikes, I Saw a Barracuda. The activities will increase skills in children receiving speech/language therapy and students without disabilities. The provided practice pages are ideal for children with developmental language disorder (DLD), specific language impairment (SLI), specific learning disability (SLD), dyslexia, and/or autism. Additionally, the activities are great for children who are Deaf and/or hard of hearing to build essential skills. All children will benefit from practicing the skills, including bilingual learners and multilingual learners.
